A login page has appeared when I wanted to have access to another page. What am I doing wrong?
This login page shows when the page you were trying to access is protected; in order to have access to it you should enter your username and password.
If after typing in your username and password you obtain a Forbidden Access Error page, this is because you do not have permission to access this page. Should this error page show, please contact us at info@tucongreso.es
I cannot remember my password. What can I do?
In the login page you should click on "request new password". The next page will ask you your username. Remember that the username is the e-mail address you used to register on the webpage.
After typing in your username you will receive an e-mail with a URL. Type this URL into the browser or click on it in the e-mail if your e-mail provider allows for this kind of action.
Finally, you will see a page with the new password that has been assigned to you. You can modify it by editing your profile after logging into the page.
I have read all the questions and they don't address my problem; what should I do?
